3 Jericoacoara boys left to Europe to challenge the European Pros in the Freestyle Tour. They are not doing too bad...

The locals known as Chico Bento, Edvan and Sassá traveled to Europe this season to run the European Freestyle Tour, being coached by veteran Italian windsurfer Raimondo Gasperini(I-157)who is developing a project to support young riders. In the first event of the 2008 Tour in Tarifa/Spain, Edvan wins the "expression session" with the best move among all riders, showing that they lack no skills to make it to the top positions of the ranking. Their final classification was: Chico Bento (9th), Edvan (13th), Sassá (25th). Coach Raimondo says that they can pull the same moves of the best guys, they just need more competition experience, so they can concentrate more tricks in the same heat and get more points.
